Boardroom & Commercial AV Installation in Calgary

Meeting rooms that connect on the first try, every time.

OVERVIEW

The First Five Minutes Are the Whole Product

Every badly built meeting room fails the same way. Somebody hunts for the right cable, somebody else cannot be heard at the far end, and the meeting starts six minutes late. Multiply that across a year of meetings and the room has cost more in wasted time than it did to build.

We design rooms that start on time. One cable or one wireless connection, a display that is already on, microphones that pick up the far end of the table, and a control interface that a visitor can operate without being shown how.

That means solving it in the wiring, not in the training. Cable in conduit, gear in a rack rather than a credenza, and the display, codec, and audio all tied together so the room powers up as a unit.

ROOM SIZES

Three Rooms, Three Different Answers

Specifying every room the same way is why huddle rooms end up over-built and boardrooms end up under-heard.

Huddle Room

Four to six people. A single display, an all-in-one video bar, and one cable on the table. Fast to deploy and the highest-use room in most offices.

Boardroom

Ten to twenty around a table. Ceiling microphone arrays, distributed speakers, a large display or dual displays, and a proper control system.

Training & Multi-Purpose

Rooms that divide, or seat forty. Projection or video wall, a wireless microphone for the presenter, and zoned audio that follows the partition layout.

PROCESS

How a Room Gets Built

  1. 01

    Room Review

Seating count, sight lines, ceiling height, and which conferencing platform your organization actually runs on. That last one drives half the spec.

  2. 02

    Design & Quote

Display size worked from viewing distance, microphone coverage mapped to the table, and a full price inside 48 hours.

  3. 03

    Rough-In & Install

Cable and conduit first, then displays, ceiling devices, and the rack. Scheduled around your meeting calendar so the room is out of service once, briefly.

  4. 04

    Commission & Train

Audio tuned to the room, camera presets set, then a walkthrough with whoever books the room and whoever supports it.

Common Questions

Yes. We build rooms around whichever platform you standardize on, and most current gear runs both natively. If your organization switches later, the room hardware carries over.

That is the design target. A visitor should be able to walk in, connect, and present without being shown how. If a room needs a laminated instruction card taped to the table, it was built wrong.

A huddle room usually does not — one cable and an auto-switching display covers it. Boardrooms and divisible rooms benefit from one, because there are enough sources and states that manual switching becomes the failure point.

Yes, and it is most of this work. We use existing ceiling access and furniture where we can, and we are careful about the finishes — most boardrooms are the nicest room in the building.
